Our journey started in mid-2018 with the goal to challenge assumptions and biases that limit the ability of SMEs and public institutions to deliver products and services that meet human needs. We're a passionate, curious, and energetic group made of anthropologists, designers, and data scientists working to find actionable insights that enhance the human experience.
With our presence in East Africa and the US, we work with communities and visionary stakeholders from the consumer goods, banking, retail, tech and media, sports, entertainment, real estate, and public service sectors to develop bold and humanistic solutions for everyday challenges.
